Absolutely! Every chimney cake is made to order using dough prepared fresh daily. We never use frozen or pre-made dough. When you order, we hand-roll your chimney and grill it fresh—so it arrives hot, crispy, and perfect every time.
Most orders are ready in 15-20 minutes. Since each chimney is made fresh to order, we recommend ordering ahead online for faster pickup. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready!
We're working on expanding our menu to include vegan and gluten-free options. Currently, our traditional chimney cakes contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. Please contact us if you have specific dietary needs—we're always happy to help!
